Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Welcome to the website of T-Rohn's Lawncare and Landscape ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About Our Services

We provide residential lawn care and landscaping services in Nazareth, PA and nearby communities in the Lehigh Valley. The service descriptions on this website are general information. Availability depends on your location, the season, and our schedule.

Estimates

• Estimates are free and there's no obligation to hire us.
• Sending a request through this website does not create a contract, and doesn't guarantee that we'll be able to take on the job.
• Final pricing depends on the size and condition of your property, so we'll usually need to see it first. The scope and price written in your estimate are what apply to the work.
• Estimates are valid for the period stated on them. If no period is stated, prices may change if the work isn't scheduled within a reasonable time.

Scheduling and Weather

We do our best to show up when we say we will. Outdoor work depends on the weather, so we may need to reschedule because of rain, snow, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions. We'll let you know as soon as we can if that happens.

Our Work and Agreements

These terms cover your use of this website. The work we do on your property is covered by your estimate or service agreement with us. If anything in these terms conflicts with that estimate or agreement, the estimate or agreement controls.

Please use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false information or someone else's information without their permission
• Send spam or unsolicited advertising through our forms
• Try to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the website
